In the summer of 2014, she represented the Slovak U20 national team as the youngest player on the squad, averaging 9.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assist per game.
Last season, Páleníková played for Petržalka, which has since withdrawn from the Slovak league for the upcoming season.
